These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BikyBiky Ltd website. By visiting our website you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

We are BikyBiky Limited a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 09772349 and our registered office is at Martlet House, Yeoman Way, Yeoman Gate, Worthing, West-Sussex, BN13 3QZ. Our registered VAT number is 222 1015 79.

Terms of Service

By placing an order via our website (www.bikybiky.uk), you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see Delivery for further information.

In order to enter into a contract with BikyBiky you must be over 18 years of age. BikyBiky retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be BikyBiky or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party BikyBiky is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card, or bank account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of international products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. BikyBiky retains the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched. A second email will be sent confirming these arrangements.
Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Grand Total’.

The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Product Specifications and Suitability
Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. BikyBiky states that its products should only be used for their intended purposes and accepts no liability nor be held responsible for the accuracy of any 3rd party advice given regarding the suitability, use (or otherwise) of an item. If you have ordered an item that has an unsuitable product description we will remedy this by providing you a full refund upon the return of the item. Please see our Returns and Refunds section for details.
Delivery
Orders will be despatched via Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery or Parcel Force/DHL.Despatch time may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to the United Kingdom and Ireland and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Availability / Estimated Delivery Times
We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to despatch all items within the quoted time. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately. BikyBiky has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time, just Contact Us with your order number. Occasionally we find ourselves having to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued. If you have placed an order for an item that has been made obsolete we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative if one is available.
Payment
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates. It may be necessary to adjust prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of a manufacturer price increase. Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable. It may be necessary to adjust prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of a manufacturer price increase. Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.
Governed Law
BikyBiky Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are prepared by our team, simply visit your account and follow the steps for a full refund. If the item has already been despatched then please see our returns policy. Under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a right to cancel your order in writing (except for customised products) fourteen days beginning with the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. Please see returns policy for guidance on method and costs of return.
Reviews and Comments
We encourage you to leave reviews, comments and product questions on our website. We regularly monitor this content and we reserve the right to remove, reject or edit it at any time. When submitting information to our website as a review, product question or customer comment you understand that what you have submitted is not copyright protected and you are permitting its appearance on the BikyBiky website.
Liability
We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims. We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being despatched. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and Refunds
  • Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.
  • We are only able to exchange like for like products. If you require a different item you will need to opt for a refund and place a new order.
  • All returns must be advised to us in writing at hello@bikybiky.uk
  • We will refund you to your original payment method.
  • We make no charge for returns, there is no restocking fee.
  • Customised items cannot be returned.*

*We will not be able to accept any returns on products that have been personalised. This excludes faulty items which can be returned in line with our standard faulty item return policy.

Unwanted Item Returns

Collection from your address

Here at BikyBiky we want to make things as simple as possible which is why we offer a collection service for unwanted items.

Please contact us by email hello@bikybiky.uk with the following details to arrange a return:

  1. Your full name and collection address including postcode
  2. Order number and confirmation of which product is coming back to us
  3. Your preferred date of collection (Monday to Friday only)
  4. A contact number in case the driver needs to get in touch

There is a £20 charge for this collection service that will need to be paid at the time of booking the collection.
This fee will be waived if your item is faulty or if you have received the wrong product.

Faulty Item Returns

Faulty items sent back to us will undergo a warranty inspection. It may also be necessary to send the item away to the manufacturer to confirm the fault. Once we have received your item back we will inform you how we need to proceed.
Please note: items over 30 days old may need to be sent off for repair before we can consider a refund/replacement. Our returns team will inform you if this is the case. To return a faulty item to us please follow the simple steps below:

Collect is a free of charge service available to our UK customers returning faulty items. There are more than 5800 drop off points throughout the UK that are open from early in the morning to late at night, 7 days a week to make your return as convenient as possible.
If your parcel weighs less than 10kg and has dimensions no greater than 50cm x 50cm x 60cm you will be able to benefit from this service.

All you have to do is:

  1. Affix the Collect returns label that we will send to you to the outside of your parcel.
  2. Write your original order number in the space provided on the label.
  3. Drop your parcel off at your local store, you can find your nearest store by clicking here and entering your postcode.
Collection from your address

Here at BikyBiky we want to make things as simple as possible which is why we offer a collection service for faulty items.

Please contact us by email hello@bikybiky.uk with the following details to arrange a return:

  1. Your full name and collection address including postcode
  2. Order number and confirmation of which product is coming back to us
  3. Your preferred date of collection (Monday to Friday only)

Incorrect or damaged items sent back to us will undergo an inspection. To return an incorrect or damaged item to us please follow the simple steps below:

Security

BikyBiky are compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). We take online security extremely seriously and have taken rigorous precautions to ensure that your information is processed with confidentiality and accuracy. See below to read more about our security and privacy policy.

We want to ensure that you can shop at BikyBiky.uk with confidence and would advise that you observe a few sensible precautions:

Install Security Software: Most threats appear in the form of malicious software or viruses so you need to ensure they are kept out. Ensure your computer is installed with antivirus and anti-spyware software and a firewall.

Get Updates: Security Software manufacturers have to constantly respond to new threats. They do so via updates that iron out any bugs, update regularly to keep your security software at its most effective.

Password Protect: Use strong and smart passwords for log in. Using upper and lower case characters, adding numbers and special characters to your password will make it more difficult for others to guess. Regularly change your password and always logout at the end of a session.

Lookout for the Padlock Protocol: This will appear in the internet browser border not on the web page itself. This will appear on our site when you start the payment process.

We use Sage Pay to collect and process transaction information (www.sagepay.co.uk/policies/security-policy)

Personal Information:

BikyBiky will never e-mail or call you to ask you to disclose or verify your bikybiky.uk password, credit card or bank account number. If you are contacted or receive an unsolicited email which asks you for any of this information, disregard the request and report the incident to our Customer Services team.

Credit card security

We take online security extremely seriously and have taken rigorous precautions to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately.

We do not hold sensitive payment details about our customers. When you input your card details during shopping or into your account area, the card processor retains all the information about your card and only issues BikyBiky with a unique token identifier. This token then allows us to process the cost of your order against your card. It also allows us to issue refunds or process, for example, backorder charges. We don’t have access to your complete card details.

We also have a rigorous audit program, involving independent and regular assessment of our infrastructure and processes to ensure that they meet, and continue to meet, the requirements laid down by the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards.

Please be aware that in the interests of credit card security you may be contacted prior to the dispatch of your order with a request for additional information.

Privacy policy

Under the UK Data Protection Act 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you’ve given us. When you make an online order, we need to know your name, email address, credit card billing address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and associated details. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you about your order status. We also require a telephone number in case we need to contact you. Your number may be shared with our courier for the sole purpose of informing you about the progress of your order.

You have trusted us by giving us these details and we promise not to use these details for any other reason other than processing your order or informing you about the products and services of BikyBiky. We will not pass any of your details on to third parties for profit or otherwise. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request you to answer security questions or provide proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

We always wish to improve the service we provide to you and therefore you may receive an invite to give us feedback by survey, telephone calls may be recorded or monitored and incoming and outgoing emails monitored and used for training purposes.

If you have an account but don’t wish to receive emails regarding the products and services of BikyBiky you can click to remove your address from the email list.

Visitors to bikybiky.uk may have their sessions recorded in order to provide feedback that will help us monitor performance and improve customer experience. Personally identifiable information is not visible to us or any 3rd party.
